Squash for Adults (Beginners and Improvers)
Starts 14th September 2010

Mike Nichols (Squash Coach) will be running Adult Squash Coaching for Beginners and Improvers on Tuesdays for 5 weeks from the 14th September 2010.

This course will benefit both new players who would like to learn to play squash and players who have started to play and are keen to improve.
The course is open to both members and non-members of the club.

Times:
Tuesday 14th September 7.15pm - 8.45pm
Tuesday 21st September 7.15pm - 8.45pm
Tuesday 28th September 7.15pm - 8.45pm
Tuesday 5th October 7.15pm - 8.45pm
Tuesday 12th October 7.15pm - 8.45pm

The course will introduce you to the various strokes, and give you a better understanding of the rules of the game.

At the end of the course you should have improved a number of areas in your game and be enjoying it a lot more.

The cost will be £40 paid in full at the 1st lesson.

These courses are popular and spaces are limited, so book your place early.
