6.00 - 7.00 Dance Yoga - Claire

7.00 - 8.00 YOGA FITNESS - Claire
Core strength/stretch and flexibility.

8.00 - 9.00 Yoga Fitness - Claire
Increase flexability, balance and core stength. All the benefits of yoga with contempory dance.

10.00 - 10.45 AEROBICS & BODY CONDITIONING - Kellie
This class includes a mix of aerobic exercise and body toning

*BODY CONDITIONING - is a class aimed to improve overall body shape, muscle tone and posture. This class uses a variety of equipment, fitballs, pilates soft balls, weights and includes matwork.

BLTSC has a successful partnership with Kaye's aerobics classes.

There is a full daily programme of step, aerobic, fitness and conditioning classes from a team of fully qualified instructors. The classes range in the degree of fitness and expertise needed from beginners to those for the super fit.

The annual BLTSC membership of £20 allows all aerobics members full access to the bar, changing room and social facilities of BLTSC. Classes usually cost £4 and can be paid for individually or as part of a longer course.

Nearly all the classes are very busy and can be booked via the reception desk on 0117 9731139.
