Ladies Racketball Coaching
sessions are aimed at women who would like to try a new
sport that is a gentle variation of squash while also gaining
a fun and enjoyable work out. No prior experience needed
and all rackets and balls are provided.
sessions will include: Tuition in the basics of racketball,
warm-ups and stretching, exercises to improve balance and
movement and tea and coffee to finish.
